Account, costs and limits
When you connect Quanta to an AI assistant, you use your existing account. Find answers about costs, allowances and account access here.
Do I need a Quanta account?
Connect your Quanta account to use your own flashcards, documents and learning progress. Public formula exercises are also available without connecting an account.
What does connecting cost?
Connecting your account does not start a subscription. Your AI assistant’s plan covers its own use; Quanta features depend on your Quanta account. You can save assistant-written flashcards within your account limits without starting Quanta AI generation.
Which AI limits apply?
Your existing AI allowances apply when Quanta generates learning materials or you use the AI exam tutor. The website and AI assistant share the same limits. Reconnecting does not reset them.
Why is an action unavailable?
Check that the right account is connected and you have approved the required access. An allowance may be used up, or an AI feature may be temporarily unavailable. Your saved flashcards stay in Quanta and remain usable within your account’s limits.
How do I remove access?
Open Connections in your Quanta profile and disconnect the assistant. It loses access to your account. Your saved flashcards and learning progress remain in Quanta.
