Cancel subscription

You can cancel your paid Quanta Study subscription here without signing in. Complete the form and select ‘Cancel now’. Your notice is then received by us, and you can save a receipt showing the time it arrived.

We identify the contract using the email address and state its end date in the same confirmation. Paid features remain available until then; afterwards, your account switches to the Starter plan.

Cancellation is different from exercising your right of withdrawal. That right remains available through the withdrawal page or as described in the Terms and information on withdrawal. For institutional access, the contract belongs to the institution rather than the individual account.
