Withdraw from contract

You can withdraw from a paid Quanta Study subscription here without signing in. Select ‘Withdraw from contract’, enter your name and account email address, then select ‘Confirm withdrawal’. Your notice has then been received; we promptly email an acknowledgement to the account address, including the date and time of receipt.

The email contains a link. We end the subscription only after you open the link and confirm execution there, to prevent someone else from ending your contract. The withdrawal deadline is determined by when we receive the notice, rather than when you confirm execution. When submitted from your signed-in account, withdrawal takes effect immediately.

After a withdrawal submitted within the applicable period, we end the subscription immediately. Amounts already paid are refunded within fourteen days in accordance with the information on the right of withdrawal. Your account continues free of charge on the Starter plan.

Withdrawal is different from cancellation. Cancellation ends the contract at the end of the billing period; use the cancellation page for that. For institutional access, the contract belongs to the institution rather than the individual account.
